Fish Tank

I had a 10 gal tank that had my Guppies in it. We went out and bought a 29 gal tank to move them into. All went well. Now I have some of the original guppies dying on me. Okay, I should note that the 10g tank was FILTHY.... and, unless I do a guppie post-mordem, I have to conclude that they are dying of a clean tank. What a way to go.

I did add a male and female Swordtail, a Beta, two new male guppies, 3 Zebra's and 3 shrimp. We'll see in the morning who else has died.

If I could find out how to mount a webcam underwater I'd do it so everyone could see. Hampster ball and Silicone? I dunno...

Thanksgiving....

You know you have it bad when, for 3 adults, you have a 21 pound turkey. Yes folks thats 7 pounds a person.

All in all it whent well. We started the bird on Weds night and at at 3pm. It was good. Thank God the wife didnt make any crandberry sauce. Did I mention that there was plenty to go around?

No, we didnt have the girls. We get them tonight. I called them, part of my routine, on Thurs night and we talked. They said that they had a good time. We'll see what we end up doing this weekend.

I worked today... and it was ssssllllllllooooooowwwww. Not that its bad, just odd to be busy for 49 of 52 weeks and have the 3 slowest in a months time.

If only I knew....

I do know actually... I've been busy. Work and getting set for the up coming Turkey Fest has stolen a lot of my time.

If only I had more $$$$ The whole bill thing sucks. But then, I have what I need and for now ends are being met. So while I still fret over it - we're making it. Everyone is healthy and for the most part happy.

I dont get the girls for T Day, but I do get them Friday night. So its not all bad. And we'll have plenty of turkey left over. For the 3 of us - those that eat solid food - we have a 26# turkey... OMG... I'll have enough turkey to carry me over until next year.
